CBC News - Manitoba - Accused killer denied statutory release: "reputed Manitoba Hells Angels associate accused of murdering his parents and brother has been denied statutory release from prison, where he's being held for an unrelated drug conviction.
Denis Jerome Labossiere, 39, will remain behind bars despite being eligible for release from prison in mid-January. That's when he'll have served two-thirds of a six-year prison sentence for cocaine trafficking.
It's usually mandatory that federal inmates receive statutory release, but the National Parole Board has agreed with a recommendation from corrections officials that Labossiere is likely to commit a violent crime if he's released."
