Feds try to seize Detroit biker gang's HQ - UPI.com: "Federal authorities say they're trying to seize a Detroit motorcycle clubhouse they describe as a drug den and headquarters of a violent criminal enterprise.
Six convictions and more than 90 indictments already have been handed up against the Highwaymen for racketeering and other charges, The Detroit News reported. More of the bikers go on trial Tuesday in U.S. District Court.
Now the government has filed a forfeiture complaint spelling out crimes inside the southwest Detroit clubhouse, a private preserve for members. It says the windowless building was a hub of dealers and users where cocaine, marijuana and Vicodin were consumed openly and in quantity."
