Jack Rosga of Milwaukee had no reaction when the verdict was read Tuesday in Richmond, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. Also convicted were Mark Fiel, Harry McCall and Christopher Timbers.The men will be sentenced April 8. A member of another motorcycle club was acquitted.
Prosecutors said the gang, incorporated as the American Outlaws Association, is an organized criminal enterprise responsible for many violent crimes, most of them against the rival Hells Angels. The defense said the government was trying weave a conspiracy out of a few random incidents"
