On Wednesday, Curtis Blair Lynds, 34, appeared in Truro provincial court and was remanded until Feb. 10. Lynds is charged with accessory after the fact in Mersereau’s death and first-degree murder in the deaths of Mersereau’s brother, Kirk, and Kirk’s common-law wife Nancy Christensen. He is also charged with accessory after the fact in the death of Charles Robert Maddison.
Randy Mersereau helped found the Halifax chapter of the Hells Angels 
before moving out on his own in the 1990s.
