Brain Test (Memory,Arithmetic & ...)

Here are some very useful links to a website called "flashfabrica.com"

You can take a few brain tests and then see the results very easily.
These tests are not comprehensive and they only measure a few brain activities such as:

1. Instantaneous Memory or 2.Mathematic Ability

Enjoy !!!

"Avatar" ... Goddes of movies personification

I Must say I've seen a masterpiece again by James Cameron. "Avatar" was a brilliant well-shaped, fascinating movie which was almost the best of its own genre up until now in my opinion. The idea was far beyond what I could imagine and nothing was predictable in a sense which can make a viewer relax and enjoy only the 3D experience. I felt my heart beating in a few scenes and it was making me shocked to see my heart actually out of my own control.
Using some non-star actors and actresses (almost) and creating this new era in the 3D cinema was a work of artist called "James Cameron" Only & Only.

I searched for the meaning of "AVATAR" and I found it's coming from "Hindu Mythology" ... something like the reincarnation of God, some manifest or personification of the powerful. The whole idea of movie was making every viewer to think as much as every person is capabale of thinking.
There are many movies which are deep and thinkable, but not every movie can make every machined mankind think. In every hall I've ever been where there was a great movie screening , there were some audiences who leave. Some audiences who yawn. It's great to create deep movies for special audiences and let the rest go for their surface lives. However once in a while there is a need to create something a bit more difficult. Something which can force every one of us man kinds and 21st century humans of popcorn & coca & facebook think a little more about our obsolete existence; to think a little wider than home, money and family.

It was a few years I didn't enjoy any masterpiece. Many may not agree with my opinion; but believe me I can feel people when they pass upon me getting out of the cinema corridors at 4 am. I can sense their inner character which has been shaked and this does not happen easily or by chance.

The Truth about YOU & ME

The Leaves rustling beneath my feet

Telling me , let yourself fall!

You'll find the path of glory afterward.

The ice around you , Melting You'll See!

My Friend!

You'll lose me while trying to possess me

Our love is in desperate need of freedom , not possession!

Zara Warehouse Clearance 2009

I'm not personally interested in fashion & brands that much , but still I have my wife to follow all these clearances. We have been to many of them in Malaysia within the past two years we have been here, such as: CK, Padini, Dior, Pull & Bear, Zara & ...

This last one of Zara in my opinion was not that good I expected. Most of the sizes were not available. (Although we entered by the first minutes of its opening) Models were somehow old. However people were so happy about it, specially women of course. They had at least four times more options of choosing since they are basically woman & there were much more women stuff over there.

Most of the time, I was standing in a corner & observing people's behaviors & reflections.
They were so crazy about what they have find & what prices are available. It was like its a great job they have done. They somehow felt like, they are the only person who could buy such thing.
Human behavior is sometimes so limited to the moment and very subjective. It makes me to be sorry about our generation.
There were times, not long ago that fashion did not exist or at least it was not this much important and no one had any problem wearing any clothes, as long as they were neat & clean. What happened? Economy? Market? Advertising? Money? .... We spend money on things that we don't really need them and we buy them just in case, because they are cheap! wow! what a sensational act of us! so smart! Really?

I bought a small shirt of Zara only with a price of RM10 , almost 3.5 USD! I didn't need it too. So I bought it just in case. I have been outsmarted, I believe!

It's good to lose sometimes!

How many times have you faced a person who can not bear losing a game or such? Games are developed for entertainment from chess & backgammon, to video games and even sports. They are all some sort of mankind creation to develop some sort of skills in an individual while having fun & spending time without stress & pressure. Although some of their concepts have been changed through time like most of the sports like: Football, Basketball & ... They have been professionalized and became some sort of career for those who play them, still most of them are considered as fun.

But have you ever confront with a person that can not bear losing a game? Some people only must win, otherwise they become mad & act like a fool, very angry. Playing cards & at the end shouting and throwing the cards! Playing computer games & at the end shutting down the final moments of the game!!! I wonder how some people have not developed this simple trait in their character, to see others can win too!

In my opinion its usually driving from family & how these people have been treated from childhood. Parents usually want to be proud of their kids & try to keep them always happy!
They have not tried to show their children, that it's always possible to lose as well, that losing is part of life and maybe the first steps to learn more. That's how always these children must win to stay happy; Otherwise they don't know how to respond to the society.

what do you think?
what may be the source of this actions & behavior?

Psychology & Islam ... Science & Islam ... Islamization!!!

The whole idea of this post has come from visiting another blog and reading a post about a book on Personality & Islamic ideas.
I remember my high school years in Tehran. Of course we had Classes of Religion(which was Islam) & Quran. Aisde from these we had another course called ethics, but was totally islamic thoughts. Our History lessons were mostly about Islam & Islam history and ... Geography class was also a session to somehow revise the world of islam and the people of it. We also had sociology which was a great opportunity to teach us more of Islam. Literature was full islamic ideas & Muslim poets & writers & their thoughts & believes. We were wondering it will be some time that perhaps there will be some other aspects of Islam in math & physics & chemistry although where ever there was something just a little related to Islam in these subjects , there was no skip; like when we were about to read about "alcohol" & we know that its Explorer was Razi & he was muslim too, sure we must knew that he was a good muslim & he prayed every day and went to mosque & he never intended to find out alcohol for drinking & he knew its gonna be "non- halal" in islam & ... so this was also about even chemistry.

Today in all universities in Iran, there are also interesting topics & subjects which are Islamic. Humanity science is totally broken in to Islam, over there. It's like all these science were born with Islam. they pretend that all these topics have nothing to offer if they have not been Islamized.

Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology are the main fields where islamic thoughts have interferred seriousely. The reason is obviously a fear. A fear that deep inside every religion nowadays lives.
A fear of losing the competition to science.

I hear from friends in Iran, when they go to counseling sessions with graduates of Iran's universities in counseling fields; most of my friends are disappointed by the way these graduates treat them & look at their problems. Family problems, Marriage issues, Addiction, Stress, Depression or what ever you may call many problems may have something to do with one individual's belief system however who said that this belief system must oblige from any specific religion. Does this sort of categorizing means that all those people with great believes in religion never face any life issues or problems?

You say please ! what do you think?
